Our service starts at the beginning of your dream home project – with architectural design and planning applications.
A part of the Phase A: Feasibility Study, our expert architects produce extremely high quality plans which ensures that the whole project runs more smoothly in the later stages.
We can also apply for the following (where required) for your project once the Phase A study is complete:
- Planning Applications.
- Application for Permitted Development (Certificate Of Lawful Development).
- Documentation regarding archaeological requirements.
- Documentation regarding endangered species.
- Thames Water Build Over Agreements.
Then, once under Contract To Build:
- Complete Building Regulations packages, to include, where required. All structural engineering, below-ground drainage and foundation and construction design and specification.
- We can also assist with party wall activities that as the property owner you may be obliged to do.
