It was Eagle's attention to detail at the design review and pricing stages that gave us the confidence to engage them as our primary contractor. It was our first building project and Eagle explained each step of the process, and were supportive to ensure that everything was understood. Throughout the build their team were mindful of our children, worked hard, and explained each week as part of the in-house project management what would happen the next ensuring that we could also keep our neighbours updated on noise and disruption. Obviously no project goes completely to plan at every stage, but the weekly meetings and communication helped us work through the build to a great outcome. We are loving our extended and renovated home, with new kitchen, and a massively improved rear garden and entertaining area. We can heartily recommend Eagle Design+Build to handle all aspects of your project.

We recently engaged with Eagle Design+Build to build a new extension to our property which involved knocking through from our existing dining room into our kitchen, then extending along into our back garden to create a large open plan dining / living area. Additionally, we knocked through from our study into our garage to create a new large family room. We found Jimmy and the team to be easy to work with, efficient and hard working, with work completed to a high standard, as well as being responsive to our requirements, as and when, these changed. Meetings were held every fortnight to review progress and to advise us on the work expected to be undertaken over the next two weeks, ensuring we were kept well informed and that there were no major surprises. Work was largely completed in line with projected timescales with Eagle being proactive in sourcing materials from a number of new suppliers at a time of major supply chain issues within the building industry. Additionally, Eagle worked well in coordinating activities with our kitchen supplier, to ensure that the kitchen installation ran smoothly and was completed on time. We are very happy with the end results of our building project with Eagle and will certainly use them for any future building work we may undertake.

Jimmy and his team are hardworking and extremely talented. They are simply the best builders you will ever have.
